Shaw, a one-time member of the Dinner Set Gang, the most infamous burglary ring in America, says there's never been a home he couldn't get into. "There are weak spots everywhere," he says. Shaw, a co-author of the book "A License to Steal" (a movie based on the book is in production) is now sharing his secrets. Homeowners can use the help. According to the FBI and the Justice Department, home burglaries in the U.S. are up about 7% since 2000. In 2009, those home break-ins netted thieves about $1.5 billion in stolen goods.
